Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be declined. The order can be returned for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Apple Pay.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing may take a bit longer during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days of it being shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices shown on our website are excluding tax, meaning you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes when your order arrives. Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its destination, and these charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country. For more information on fees, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you received items that are incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Kindly include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant references upon receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received your refund for your return yet, please do the following: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
